Unverified: The bill's statute list cites Real Prop. 11B-111.11, but the online Code places the HOA provision at 11B-111.12 (11B-111.11 is an unrelated accessory-dwelling-unit voting provision), apparently a code-revisor renumbering. | The HOA and cooperative sections were confirmed to define sensitive information the same way but were not read in full; enforcement under the condominium, HOA, and cooperative statutes was not checked (private_right_of_action set to 'no' pending review).
