Oklahoma's 'mini-TCPA' requires prior express written consent before making commercial sales calls or texts that use an automated system for selecting or dialing numbers or a recorded message, bars calls before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. and more than three calls in 24 hours on the same subject, and requires accurate caller ID. Called parties may sue.

Practices it requires

- Transmit the originating number and, when available, the solicitor's name to caller ID; any displayed number must accept return calls and connect to the solicitor or seller.15 O.S. § 775C.3(B)
- Do not alter the caller's voice to disguise identity to defraud, confuse, or obtain personal information.15 O.S. § 775C.3(C)
- Do not make commercial solicitation calls before 8 a.m. or after 8 p.m. local time, or more than three calls to a person within 24 hours on the same subject.15 O.S. § 775C.4(A)
