Telephone Solicitations (seller registration and caller ID blocking)
IN Telephone Seller RegistrationCovered telephone sellers must register with the Attorney General and update their registration every year. The chapter also makes it a crime to block one's number or identity from caller ID while making a telephone solicitation outside an existing course of dealing.
