Identity theft
OK Identity Theft LawCriminalizes fraudulently obtaining or using another person's identifying information (name, SSN, date of birth, account and driver license numbers, and similar data) to obtain money, credit, or other benefits, and gives victims a civil damages action. Local law enforcement must take identity theft incident reports.
