Oregon Telephone Solicitation LawsOregon requires telephonic sellers to register with the Department of Justice, bars telephone solicitations to numbers on the do-not-call list (Oregon uses the federal registry), and limits when and how often sellers may call or text. A 2025 law (HB 3865) extended the solicitation rules to text messages starting January 1, 2026.
